Membership

5 Days a Week

Membership fees are $13,500 for the year, plus a one-time $100 application fee.  A $200 annual supply/curriculum fee will be collected upon enrollment.

Hours

Heart Learning Collective operates Monday - Friday from 9am to 3pm.  

Drop-off and pick-up hours are between 8:30am and 3:30pm.

Discounts

For families who enroll multiple learners, a 10% discount will be applied to the second and each subsequent learner.

Membership Payment

Families can pay their membership payment upfront, or enroll in a 10-month payment plan (August - May), or a 12-month payment plan.  There are no refunds or credits for missed learning days, holidays, or vacations.

Commitment

All Heart Learning Collective memberships require a one-year commitment.  Due to the small size of the school, families who decide to leave mid-year are expected to continue paying tuition for the full year.  In extraordinary circumstances, families can write an appeal asking for a decision to waive the rest of tuition based on your circumstances.

Families may want to leave Heart Learning Collective based upon fit.  If a family decides that Heart Learning Collective is not in alignment with their family's expectations, it is expected that they continue to pay full tuition, with or without the student attending.

If teachers decide that Heart Learning Collective is not the right fit for a student, families will not be expected to continue tuition payments once a student stops attending.
