Commitment
At Heart Learning Collective, we recognize the deep trust families place in us when they choose to partner in their child’s educational journey. We are honored by this commitment and are equally dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning experience.
As a young and growing organization, long-term sustainability is essential to fulfilling our mission. In order to plan effectively for staffing, resources, and programming, we ask families to commit to enrollment for the full academic year.
We understand, however, that choosing a new learning environment is a significant decision. To support families during this transition, we offer a 3-month grace period at the beginning of the school year. If, during this time, a family finds that Heart Learning Collective is not the right fit, we will release them from the remainder of their financial commitment.
After the initial 3-month period, we ask that families honor their full-year tuition commitment, even if they choose to discontinue enrollment. This policy allows us to responsibly allocate resources, support our educators, and uphold the integrity of our learning community. In extraordinary circumstances, families can write an appeal asking for a decision to waive the rest of tuition based on your circumstances.
If teachers decide that Heart Learning Collective is not the right fit for a student, families will not be expected to continue tuition payments once a student stops attending.
We are grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside our families and are committed to creating a joyful and enriching place for children to thrive.
